Open

Users can easily start a new Google Chat by clicking the "New Chat" button. This allows you to quickly initiate a conversation and discuss the issue seamlessly. All Chat spaces created will automatically be linked to the current issue.

Additional options:

• View the Chat space on Google Chat

• Unlink the Chat space. Attention: This will only remove the item from this list but not delete the Chat Space.

Create new Chat Space

Open

To create a new chat space enter a Display Name and select Members. Depending on your Google Workspace license you may only select internal users. The current user/creator will be added automatically, you do not need to add yourself to the members.

After creating the chat space you can open the associated Google Chat with clicking on the “View” button.
