General

Administrators need to set up a Service Account and enable Sharing in the Gmail configuration first, then the option to share emails will be available in the Browser Extension or the Jira App.

Sharing Chat Spaces and Calendar Events will be available in a future version.

Please make sure the features you need are enabled in the admin configuration (also make sure they are not disabled for your desired project). Afterwards you can easily open and activate the desired panel by clicking the “Apps” image-20250213-085636.png or image-20250213-121225.png button next to the Issue Summary.

Please click the “Reauthorize” button at the bottom of the error message. Your account should reset and can log in again. In some cases, you also need to disconnect/remove “Jigo - Google Workspace for Jira” from your Google Account Connections. If you still encounter this issue afterwards, please contact our customer support.

Reauthorize via the available buttons in the error message or try to log out and then log in again.

If the error continues to occur, you may need to disconnect/remove “Jigo - Google Workspace for Jira” from your Google Account Connections and then log into Jigo again.

This seems to be an very rare issue when apps are installed from the Chrome Web Store. Please uninstall and install again, then the error should be gone.

Please go into the Browser Extensions settings (gears icon in the top right corner) and and click “Clear page cache”. If that did not help, it may be a result of a browser extension update. Please restart your Chrome browser, as Extension updates will only be applied if the browser restarts.
