Workspace Add-On

This Google Workspace add-on provides a seamless integration with Jira, allowing users to create and manage Jira issues directly from their Gmail inbox. The add-on introduces a sidebar icon accessible in Gmail, offering quick access to useful functionalities.

We suggest the Workspace Add-On for all cases when a Chrome extension is not applicable. If the usage of a Chrome extension is possible, the Browser Extension has more features and highly improved performance.

Please note: only admins can enable this for the organization.

Please note: Depending on the configuration for User installed apps in your Jira instance, the Jigo Browser Extension may need to be approved an additional time from an administrator. Read more about how to approve a requested app.
