This central linking mechanism delivers several key advantages:  

• Always Up-to-Date: Linked items dynamically reflect the latest information, eliminating outdated content and broken links.

• Privacy First: Jigo operates with a strong focus on privacy. It never directly accesses your content; only users with existing Google Workspace permissions can view the linked items within Jira.

By default, access within Jigo mirrors your existing Google Workspace permissions. To actively collaborate on these linked items, explore our Sharing via Service Account feature, introduced in Jigo 1.3.0. Sharing allows you to grant colleagues visibility to your linked (and shared) emails, chats, and events.
