Browser Extension

The JIGO Browser Extension provides a seamless integration with Jira, allowing users to create and manage Jira issues directly from their Gmail inbox, including more features for Google Chat™, Google Calendar™ and Google Drive™. The browser presents a sidebar from which the user can access issue-dependent functions and shortcuts.

Here are just a few examples to better understand the usability of the Browser Extension:

• General
  Create and edit issues from anywhere. Reduce content switching while managing your recent tickets and following up on comments.
  
  

• Gmail™
  When you're viewing an email in Gmail, you can directly link it to an existing Jira issue or create a new one from it. We've also added convenient buttons to the Gmail interface, allowing you to instantly create a new issue or edit issues already connected to the opened email.
  
  

• Google Chat™
  When you’re viewing a Chat space (and/or soon thread), you can link the space/thread with an issue to track communication and share it with your team.
  
  

• Google Calendar™
  When you’re viewing a Calendar event, you can link the event with an issue to track it and share it with your team.
  
  

• Google Drive™ (available in a future version)
  Select one or multiple files to upload or link the selected files to an issue. You are also able to upload files directly in Jira to your Google Drive, which allows convenient management of attachments, while having only one source of truth.
