Features
Linked emails/threads
You can link emails either while sending new messages from Jigo in Jira, the Browser Extension or the Workspace Add-On. You can also choose to link threads - which contains any past or future message in the linked conversation (contains answers from other people as well). Linked mails or mail threads will be displayed in the Gmail panel in the Jira work item.

In our Gmail work item panel you are able to:
Send new emails
Access existing linked emails
View email in Jira, including attachments
Open email in Gmail
Reply to email
Share or unshare email
Shared emails are visible to all users of the Jira work item that can access Jigo. Emails shared by you will be indicated with a blue left border, emails shared by others will be indicated with a yellow left border. This functionality is only available if Sharing is enabled in the Gmail Integration Settings.Unlink email
This will remove the email from the list including all related conversations.
View email
Click on the email or the eye icon 
Send new email
Search for your contacts from Gmail and Jira, or enter any email yourself. The subject is automatically set to the issue key followed by the issue summary, but can be changed.
By default, the message body includes the text "Related to" followed by the issue key, but is not necessarily mandatory for our application to work.
Here you can also select to link or share the mail or mail thread, if configured and available to your user.
