Create & Edit Work Items

Create an Work Item

Clicking the “Create Work Item” button loads the following page where users can create new items. Just like in Jira entering all necessary and required fields will create a work item with the given fields. Fields that are not needed can be ignored and left empty.

First the user needs to choose the project where the work item should be. After that, there will be the project related work item fields. Clicking the “Create” button creates the work item. The work item can then be edited.

While we already support many different work types, there will be some that are not supported yet and will not be visible. Please see our Release Notes and Road Map for updates.

Edit an work item

To edit an item search it with the Work Item Search or edit it directly after creating it:

Editing an work item is the same process as creating one.

Linking Mails while creating an item

While Gmail™ is open and a mail is being viewed, a “Use open mail“ button is displayed:

Clicking this button our browser extension will use this email to fill out the work item summary and gives the possibility to link and/or upload mail attachments.
