Sharing
Share chat spaces
(also available in Project Settings)
Enable sharing to allow users to share chat spaces to all people that have access to the linked Jira work item. The sharing user needs to be a Space Manager to be able to share the space. Please make sure that you have set up a Google Service Account with the required Chat scopes first.

Share chat spaces by default
(also available in Project Settings)
If this setting is enabled, Sharing will be “on” for any new chat space. Users can always opt out of Sharing while linking or creating new items. (Default: Off)
Restrict sharing to specific groups
Provides granular control over who can access shared information. Any user group contained in this list will have the Sharing feature accessible, others will not. (Default: No group selected)
Chat App
Chose the chat app (website) that should be used when users click on chat spaces to open them. (Default: https://chat.google.com)
Notification settings
Enables notifications whenever users are invited to chat spaces via Jigo. (Default: Off)
Allow project admins to override global settings
If enabled, project admins can enable or disable sharing for their project. You can also select specific projects where a project configuration should be available. (Default: Off)

Project admins can define a list of chat spaces which will be shown as suggestions in the Chat panel for all work items in that specific project, which can be linked with one click.
