Sharing
Share events
(also available in Project Settings)
Enable sharing to allow users to share events to all people that have access to the linked Jira work item. This allows any user that has access to the Jira work item to join a linked event, without the need of sending invitations.
The sharing user needs to be the event creator to be able to share an event. Please make sure that you have set up a Google Service Account with the required Google Calendar scopes first.

Share events by default

If this setting is enabled, Sharing will be “on” for any new event. Users can always opt out of Sharing while linking or creating new items. (Default: Off)
Share email threads
Enables sharing of email threads. Please note that as conversations evolve, new information may be included that was not initially intended for wider sharing. (Default: Off)
Share email threads by default
If this setting is enabled, Sharing will be “on” if mail threads are linked. Users can always opt out of Sharing while linking or creating new items. (Default: Off)
Restrict sharing to specific groups
Provides granular control over who can access shared information. Any user group contained in this list will have the Sharing feature accessible, others will not. (Default: No groups selected)
Default timezone
Chose a default timezone for all new calendar events. When left empty, it will automatically use the users browser timezone. (Default: empty)
Event title
Features multiple options to change the suggested event title for new events.
Work Item Key Mandatory
If enabled, events created with Jigo will automatically add the Work Item Key to the event title (can be customized further below). While this is not necessary to link the item with Jigo, it allows other applications to find the connected work item (e.g. Tempo). (Default: Off)
Work Item Key Position
Select if the Work Item Key should be added at the start (Prefix) or at the end (Suffix) of the event title. (Default: Prefix)
Work Item Key Type
Select the style of the added Work Item Key. (Default: Colon)
Event description
You can select multiple work item details to add to your suggested event description. This can be changed afterwards by the user. (Default: Work item key, Summary)
Allow project admins to override global settings
If enabled, project admins can enable or disable sharing for their project. You can also select specific projects where a project configuration should be available. (Default: Off)
