Personal installation

Download Jigo- Jira for Google Workspace from the Chrome Web Store.

Users of our Jira App will also be notified when they use the application for the first time.

Note: Depending on the configuration for User installed apps in your Jira instance, the Jigo Browser Extension may need to be approved an additional time from an administrator. Read more about how to approve a requested app.

Installation for all user of your Google Workspace

As a Google Workspace administrator, you can automatically deploy the Jigo - Jira for Google Workspace Chrome extension to your users. These are the steps necessary:

  1. Access the Google Admin console
    Log in to your Google Admin console (admin.google.com) with your administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to Apps & extensions

    Go to Menu > Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions > Users & browsers. There, click the “Add” button on the bottom right side and either

    1. “Add from Chrome Web Store”

    2. or “Add Chrome app or extension by ID” : fhcclhifnghliaolifjbolcaacipdagg

  3. Set up policy
    To automatically install Jigo for all users, you need to set up a Force Installation Policy. We suggest to also automatically Pin the extension to the browser toolbar or include the extension to the Chrome Webs Store recommendations.

  4. (optional) Choose Organizational Unit (OU)
    Select the OU containing the users you want to install Jigo for. To install the extension for all users, leave the top-level OU selected.

  5. Save changes
    Click “Save” on the top right to apply to policy. Jigo should now get automatically installed on all desired Chrome browsers.
