The purpose of processing is to import Organizations, Users, and Customers, including their relationships, from Jira Service Management into Jira Assets. The app acts as a data processor and does not store any data.

The app processes data solely for the purpose of transferring and mapping Jira Service Management objects into Jira Assets. No data is stored, only processed in real-time.

The app processes the following data from Jira Service Management:

• Organizations – All organizations in your Jira Service Management instance

• Users – Jira users from your Jira Service Management instance

• Customers – Customer objects that link organizations and users

However, no data is stored beyond what is necessary for authentication.

The data subjects include Jira Service Management users, administrators, and entities (such as organizations and customers) whose data is processed and transferred into Jira Assets.
