Create Issue

1) Click on the Create Issue button:

2) Select the project and issue type for your new issue:

Fields for this specific Project and Issue Type combination are automatically aquired from the Jira configuration.

The email subject will be set as the Issue summary, the email body will be set as description.

You are able to upload a copy of the email and any of the emails attachments to Jira. Items are automatically checked and can still be deselected if not applicable.

While we already support many different Issue Fields, there will be some that are not supported yet and will not be visible. Please see our Release Notes and Road Map for updates.

3) Click on Create issue to send the issue to the Jira instance.

The new Issue is now created and you can use any of the options to proceed.
