Importer Status
These statuses describe the current state of the importer and indicate whether an import can be performed.
Status | Description |
|---|---|
IDLE | The importer is ready, and an import can be performed. |
RUNNING | The importer is currently executing an import. A new import can only start after the current one is completed. |
DISABLED | The importer has been disabled and cannot be used. |
MISSING_MAPPING | Required mapping information is missing. The importer cannot proceed until the necessary mappings are configured. |
INVALID_TOKEN | The provided import token is invalid. Please check the token and try again. |
NO_TOKEN | No import token has been added. A valid token is required to proceed. |

Import Status
These statuses indicate the progress of a currently running import.
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Starting import | The import process has been initiated. |
Fetching data | The importer is retrieving data from the source. |
Fetching Users | Fetching the necessary user data |
Fetching Groups | Fetching the necessary group data |
Fetching Departments | Fetching the necessary department data |
Fetching Devices | Fetching the necessary device data |
Fetching Applications | Fetching the necessary application data |
Fetching Departments | Fetching the necessary department data |
Fetching Office Locations | Fetching the necessary office location data |
Fetching Cities | Fetching the necessary City data |
Fetching Countries | Fetching the necessary Country data |
Fetching Adresses | Fetching the necessary Adress data |
Formatting data | The retrieved data is being processed and formatted for import. |
Submitting data | The formatted data is being sent to the target system. |
Done | The import was successfully completed. |
Failed | The import process encountered an error and could not be completed. |
Link Jira User to Entra ID User
NOTE: To establish a link between a Jira User and an Entra ID User, ensure they share the same email address. If so then the "Jira User" field within the User Assets object will populate with the corresponding link to the Jira User
If the Jira User and the Entra ID User have the same email address, the result should resemble the example below:
Clicking the link will open the Jira User's profile page, which should appear as follows:
Error Messages
The object types Address, Country, City, Office Location, and Department depend on user information
If the credentials are expired.
