If you want to edit an existing issue.
1.) Click on “Search Issues”.
You can simply search the issue according to your parameters.
Furthermore, the issues you recently worked on will be suggested by default.
Click on show more to search for further parameters.
With “My Issues” you can easily view your assigned issues at the touch of a button.
You can edit an issue from here.
You can also link the email to an existing issue.
Simply confirm and the email is already linked to the issue.
Attachments can also be easily added to the issue at the touch of a button.
Opens the issue in Jira.
