Create Alarm

  1. Click on the Issue Alarm button

  2. In the new section, click Set Alarm button

  1. Fill out all required fields

    1. Message: Personalize your alarm to your taste

    2. Date: Please note that you cannot set alarms in the past. Ensure that your alarm date is today or any future date.

    3. Time: Be alerted whenever you want

  2. Feel free to inform a group of users all at once by simply clicking on the corresponding switches. Efficient and convenient communication at your fingertips!

  1. Click on Set Alarm to schedule the Alarm

Modify Alarm

In an Issue where a Alarm is already set:

  1. Select the “Change Alarm” button to access the edit popup

  2. Adjust any necessary fields according to your preferences

  3. Confirm the changes by clicking “Change Alarm” to update the alarm

Remove Alarm

In an Issue where a Alarm is already set:

  1. Press the “Remove Alarm” button to open up a confirmation popup and confirm the removal of the Alarm. You will no longer be notified.
