This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (referred to herein as "User" or "You") and Lovebyte, a company based in Styria, Austria, located in Neudorf bei Ilz, governing your use of the Assets Importer for Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID ("Importer").
Acceptance of Terms: By using the Assets Importer for Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Importer.
License Grant: Lovebyte hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Assets Importer for Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Data Storage of the Assets Importer for Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID operates by storing data in the Atlassian cloud. By using the Importer, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be stored in the Atlassian cloud, subject to Atlassian's terms of service and privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lovebyte shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Assets Importer for Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lovebyte concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
