Security Policy

Overview

Ensuring the security and protection of your data is of utmost importance to us. This security policy outlines the measures we take to ensure the security of your data, particularly your personal information, while using our App.

Data Processing

Most of our data is stored in Atlassian Jira entities (Issue-, Project- and Addon-Properties):

  • references to linked entities (mails, chat spaces, events, …)

  • permission management

  • configuration

Some data is stored in AWS (DynamoDB):

  • Reference to the instance where the Jira App is installed to, which is necessary to handle the Jira App install and uninstall process

  • Reference to the connection between Atlassian user id and Google user id, which is necessary to connect the Atlassian and Google infrastructure and deliver a comfortable login experience (in the Jira App and Browser Extension)

  • Configuration necessary for external usage (e.g. Browser Extension configuration)

Some data is stored in Googles Secret Manager:

  • Credentials to your Google Service Account

We adhere to Atlassian's encryption standards to ensure that your data is adequately protected.

Security Incidents

In the event of security incidents or identification of vulnerabilities, we urge our customers to promptly contact our support team. We will take all necessary actions to address security issues as quickly as possible and ensure the integrity of your data.

Access to Data

We do not have direct access to the data stored in the Atlassian Jira entities by our users. We do not store passwords or access tokens and have no means of accessing such sensitive information.

This security policy is intended to instill confidence in our users regarding the security of our App. If you have any questions or concerns regarding security, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
