The Google Workspace for Jira App operates within the Atlassian Cloud environment. The app stores the account ID of the user for the purpose of identifying users within the Atlassian Cloud instance. Additionally, the app stores a URL of the instance in a DynamoDB hosted on AWS. Access to this data is restricted to authorized personnel only. All other user-specific data is stored securely within the Atlassian Cloud infrastructure.
Data Usage
We do not collect or store any additional user-specific data beyond the account ID and the URL of the instance. environment and the Google Workspace environment. Any access and/or data collection only happens with user consent and the App stores data only within encrypted Jira entities. Aside from Atlassian and Google workspace environments we save a reference to the instance where this App will be installed on. This is necessary to handle installation and deinstallation processes of the App and can only be accessed from authorized Lovebyte personnel.

The Google Workspace for Jira App does not access, collect, or store any other personal or sensitive information from users.
