Create Alarm

1. Click on the Issue Alarm button

3. Fill out all required fields

   2. Date (hinweis dass nur zukünftige Daten möglich sind)

   Feel free to enter any additional field

   3. Date: Please note that you cannot set alarms in the past. Ensure that your alarm date is today or any future date.

   4. Time: Be alerted whenever you want

4. Feel free to inform a group of users all at once by simply clicking on the corresponding switches. Efficient and convenient communication at your fingertips!

5. Click on Create to schedule the Alarm

Modify Alarm

In an Issue where a Alarm is already set:

1. Press the “Modify Alarm” Select the “Modify Alarm” button to open up access the edit popup

2. Edit all desired fields

3. Click on “Save” Adjust any necessary fields according to your preferences

4. Confirm the changes by clicking “Update” to update the Alarm

Remove Alarm

In an Issue where a Alarm is already set:

1. Press the “Remove Alarm” button to open up a confirmation popup and confirm the removal of the Alarm. You will no longer be notified.
